Tractor Pulling 2023

Due to the cancellation of Dualla Show 2023 we were unable to run the Tractor Pulling event. We want to thank our sponsor Campion Insurance for all their support despite the unfortunate last minute disruption.

Can your Bull Pull?

For farm tractors looking to pull there’s 5.8 ton, 7.5 ton, 9.5 ton and 11.5 ton classes, plus an open class.

To pull please register with Conor Breen on 086 277 4464. You must arrive no later than 9am on show day for the weigh-in at 10am. Pulling starts at 10:30am and will go all day.

What is Tractor Pulling?

Tractor pulling is the world’s most powerful motorsport due to the multi-engined modified tractor pullers. It is a competitive motorsport in which modified farm tractors pull a heavy sled along a 100 meter track with the winner being the tractor that pulls the sled the furthest. All tractors in their respective classes pull a set weight in the sled. When a tractor gets to the end of the 100 metre track this is known as a “full pull”. When more than one tractor in its class gets a full pull more weight is added to the sled, and those competitors will compete in a pull-off, the winner is the one who can pull the sled the furthest.

Irish Tractor Pulling Committee

The Irish Tractor Pulling Committee (ITPC) is the only official tractor pulling club in Ireland that is a member of the European Tractor Pulling Committee (ETPC).

The ITPC sledge “Gladiator” is also the ONLY official sanctioned sledge from the ETPC.

The ITPC adhere to all the current 2019 ETPC rules and regulations to ensure both the safety of everyone involved and fair competition, while providing a top class entertainment event for shows and spectators alike.
