About Aisling

TV chef, feeding therapist and mother of three, Aisling has spent the last 15 years teaching people how to cook through her successful cookery school at the Cliff at Lyons, corporate workshops and weekly live television and radio appearances.

Aisling also has expertise as a feeding therapist, mindful eating coach, keynote speaker, and food & wellness consultant (Workplace Wellness at TU and Organisational Leadership with Oxford’s Sa’i’d Business School).

Aisling educates, empowers and excites all she meets to create nourishing and wholesome modern dishes.

Balanced Eating: Seasonal recipes that nourish and sustain

Aisling’s first session is at 12pm where she’ll share tips on how to eat in a more considered, sustainable and nourishing way that is better for the planet your pocket and your well-being.

Recipes covered:

  • Homemade treacle brown bread with sweet potato, parmasan and bacon soup
  • Roast salmon with lentil dahl, herby ancient grains and pickled onions
  • Carrot cake with orange blossom and white chocolate icing.

This session is perfect for allowing our audience to learn and engage with both sustainability, wellness and nutrition.

Slow Cooks & Batch Cooking All the Family Will Love

Aisling’s second session will teach you how to create wonderfully modern dishes perfect for all the family.

These recipes allow you to prepare them in advance, they will cook while you work or play, and then you get to serve dishes the entire family loves.

They are wholesome and nutritious and perfect for batch cooking and getting ahead.

This session includes:

  • Slow Cooker Italian Ragu
  • Mexican Chilli Chicken Nachos, with guacamole, sour cream and blanco nino nachos

Lunchbox Life

2, 562 is the average number of lunchboxes you will make per child over your lifetime of parenting.

Every day, they must be made, following the guidance from school, the trends from Tik Tok and your child’s ever-changing dietary whims. Ok, enough feeling sorry for ourselves; time to get proactive.

Create some wholesome recipes that can. be made in advance and frozen if needed, get creative with sandwich alternatives and include some healthy treats along the way.

Baking can be such a joyous thing to do. Get lost in the process, following the steps as you forget about the rest of the world, get creative and at the end, be so proud of your wonderful creation. In this class, Aisling will demonstrate how to create her modern take on some classic bakes.

Brunch at home and will continue throughout the afternoon with some great examples of baking with the seasons and family friendly dinners.
