About Aisling
TV chef, feeding therapist and mother of three, Aisling has spent the last 15 years teaching people how to cook through her successful cookery school at the Cliff at Lyons, corporate workshops and weekly live television and radio appearances.
Aisling also has expertise as a feeding therapist, mindful eating coach, keynote speaker, and food & wellness consultant (Workplace Wellness at TU and Organisational Leadership with Oxford’s Sa’i’d Business School).
Aisling educates, empowers and excites all she meets to create nourishing and wholesome modern dishes.
Session 1 - Wellness Basics
In this session Aisling will guide you through some of her favourite wellness basics that help nourish and sustain you throughout the day. Learn Aisling’s favourite recipes including overnight oats, granola, chia jam & nourish bowls.
Session 2 - Back to School
Back to school is such a busy time. Having some great nourishing dishes that work as lunches, snacks and after-school activity eats are so important. In this cookery demonstration, Aisling will recreate some of her most tried and tested recipes that her little ones love too. Watch her create her infamous 3-2-1 soup and her sausage (and hidden veg) rolls
Session 3 - Quick & Easy Dinners
Having a few quick dinners up your sleeve that everyone will love is an essential mid-week survival tool. Trust me when I tell you these are delicious, the real deal, bring them to the table and keep them happy. Join Aisling as she demonstrates how you can make her Buttermilk Chicken Tenders & gold star air fryer chips and her game-changer pizza
Session 4 - Eat 30 Plants a Week
Join Aisling in her final demonstration of the 2024 Dualla Show where she guides you through some of her most cherished and reliable Flexitarian recipes. These are the daily and weekly staples Aisling loves. They support your gut health, mental health and physical wellness. Build a nourish bowl full of grains, salad & vegetables, lean proteins & delicious dressings.
Aisling will show you some simple recipes you can use over and over again and explain the basic concept of flexitarian eating.
