Live at the Marquee 2019

The Live at the Marquee 2019 event focused on promoting healthy living. The event was in association with Affinity Credit Union, Centenary Thurles Co-Op and Tipp FM.

One Yummy Mummy

Multi award-winning parenting and food blogger “One Yummy Mummy” Jolene Cox shared her passion for making easy, healthy, tasty recipes for the whole family. Jolene has a best selling cookbook “Family Food Made Easy”.

When not showcasing her talents in Dualla she also writes for the Irish times and Easy Parenting magazine! When it comes to food, she insists on it being easy to cook, with accessible ingredients found in your local supermarket.

Her first demonstration started at 12.30pm with lunch box ideas featuring pizza pins (with cheese and pepperoni). She also showed some great examples of after school light bites, main meals (carbonara) and sweet treats (chocolate muffins).
