Dualla Show was delighted to have frequent RTE Ireland AM contributor Sinéad Delahunty giving cookery demonstrations throughout the day.

A physiotherapist, food blogger, and Gaelic footballer, Sinéad shared amazing recipes from her new cookbook, a follow-on from her first cookbook ‘DELALICIOUS’.

Sinéad’s delicious, doable recipes embraced the natural food around us and inspired us to eat for better health and boundless energy.
