Odlums were the main sponsor of the Dualla Show 2013 baking competition. TV3’s Catherine Leyden was the judge.

Rules 2013

• Entry is free
• Each entry must consist of the following three exhibits: Class 1. Scones; Class 2. Traditional Brown Bread; Class 3. Victoria Sponge.
• Entrants must provide their own presentation aids (cake stands etc.) on the day
• Entries will be accepted on the day and must be received before 2pm. Entries will be returned not later than 5.30pm
• Exhibits may be sampled
• Prizes of Odlums hampers for 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Class 1. Brown Bread

Bake a single loaf of traditional brown bread.

Class 2. Victoria Sponge

A madeira sponge

Class 3. Scones

Six scones of any type or flavour.

Class 4. Under 16s
